Qualifications: - Active RN license required
- Minimum of two years' experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting (RN-MS)
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records is a must
- Applicants must be able to commit to the assignment without requesting time off
- Candidate profile should include a resume or work history with no gaps greater than 60 days
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients on medical-surgical units
- Manage admission, transfer, and discharge processes in alignment with best practices
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders and protocols
- Monitor patient conditions, document assessments, and report changes promptly
